Refund Policy

Contact the organizer with your submission or payment reference to request a refund. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and cancellation by the organizer are reviewed for refund to the original payment method. If an entry cannot be delivered because of our technical failure, contact us for resolution or refund.

For withdrawal after payment or disqualification, requests are reviewed under the published competition terms and applicable consumer law; entry does not guarantee an award. Nothing here removes statutory refund rights. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and timing depends on that provider and your bank. Never send full card details or account passwords. Refunded entries lose paid submission eligibility, and related unpaid referral commissions are reversed.
